License Agreement
Last updated: June 2026
This document outlines the basic licensing terms for access to Solus City web properties, platform interfaces, and related digital services.
Grant of access
Subject to compliance with applicable terms, Solus City grants users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for personal or business purposes permitted by the service.
This license does not include the right to resell, sublicense, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit platform components without explicit written authorization.
Acceptable use
Users must not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, upload unlawful content, or interfere with the operation of services used by other customers or verified providers.
Solus City may suspend or restrict access where activity poses security, legal, or operational risk to the platform or its users.
Third-party services
The platform may link to or integrate third-party services, including payment, identity verification, analytics, and communication tools.
Use of third-party services may be subject to separate terms and privacy policies maintained by those providers.
Termination
Solus City may modify, suspend, or terminate access to any part of the service in accordance with platform policies, contractual obligations, or legal requirements.
Sections relating to intellectual property, liability limitations, and governing terms will survive termination where applicable.
